Newbyes questions! How to add single point, markers etc

Dec 8, 2010 at 5:16 PM

Hi! I'm an italian user which is working with Dynamic Data Display to show results of his program (thesis program).
I've to show on the graph a lot of data, and now i'm doing it like this:

Dictionary<string s, ObservableList<Point>> Points;
Points = new Dictionary<string s, ObservableList<Point>> Points;
foreach (Func to analize)
Points.add(funcionname, new obvlist())
foreach new point
    Points[func].Collection.Add(new point)

So, the question are:
- Is that the right way to do that? (not in code, but in ideas..)
- Is possible to wrote down single points on the graph without use a new LineGraph?
- Is possible to easily hide a LineGraph (or simply change color and other things)
- Is there any marker for Variance? Something like a point with indicated like bars the variance of the point

Thank you very much!!!

P.S: Excuse my English!

This is right way of doing this.
Soon I'm going to release new LineChart, and with it there will go a new kind of chart, where it will be enough to bind to a collection of collection of points, and all other things will be implemented automatically.
And new lineChart will be capable to dynamically change lineColor and hide entire chart. I'm not ready to answer if current version of LineChart can reflect such changes.

How does variance marker look like?
