Error on D3 WPF install in IE 7x, any ideas?

I am trying to install the D3 XBAB example located at I receive the following error in IE v7.0.6001.18000 under Vista Business 32 SP1:

this error says that you should have assembly System.Threading from Thread Parallel Extensions installed in GAC. Currently the version that is used by D3 is unavailable, because it is representing very early state of Thread Parallel Library, and will be available avain for .NET 4.0, so this sample is our of work now.
