Dynamic Data Display

Added XMLDataSource for markers, WidthSpring which helps two plotter has consistent look, again fixes in axes. Mercator Shader effect now is not being compiled during build, added its precompiled version.

A set of small fixes and features.

Fixed bugs in LineChart, axes.

Deleting 'Nightly' before new code upload.

Fixed several bugs. Added some properties to enable tuning of DateTime aixs's Mayor tick labels' look. Changes in maps and tiled rendering.

Some minor changes in axes that can prevent axes from freezing. Fixed behavior of IsStaticAxis property of AxisControl class. Improved mouse events support for AxisBase.

Minor bug fixes, added 'rolling graph' sample. Fixed forest display sample.

Changes in isolines, some fixes in maps and axes.

Fixed NaiveColorMap and IntensitySample project.
Added first version of PointSelector - control for selecting a number of POIs (Point-Of-Interest).

Changes in isolines: improved performance, added support for missing value. Improved performance of markers. Added sample for markers, showing mapping of Point to ellipse with rotation. Changed behavior of mercator shader map - now it doesn't perform mercator transform for regions with small height (in degrees) - this is done to improved performance and quality on integrated graphics cards.

Cosmetic changes in isolines, some mayor changes - performance improvements, missing value support - firstly appeared in previous changeset.

Several performance improvements in markers, some bugs are fixed in markers, maps and D3. Some samples are slightly updated.

Fixed several bugs: in RectangleHightlight, in DateTime axis.

'Nightly': minor changes in markers, several bugs are fixed (Bug with AxisNavigation and ContextMenu, Bug with DataRect parsing). Some new little samples added in 'DevSamples'.

Changes in markers, began to create new legend, added sample showing how to reorganize charts in z-order without changing their order in legend.
Note, that these versions of DynamicDataDisplay are in process of development, so there may be some bugs and unexpected features that will be fixed till release.
