Custom labels on Y-axiss

Hi,

Lets suppose Y-values of data are {0, 1, 2} which correspond to {Low, Medium, High}.
How would it be possible to set Y-axis to show {Low, Medium, High} instead of {0, 1, 2}.

Following is a code example on how I create my plot with {0, 1, 2}:
List<Point> points = new List<Point>();
points.Add(new Point() { X = 1, Y = 0 }); // 0 to Low
points.Add(new Point() { X = 2, Y = 2 }); // 2 to High
points.Add(new Point() { X = 3, Y =1 });  // 1 to Medium
points.Add(new Point() { X = 4, Y = 0 }); // 0 to Low
var pointsDS = new EnumerableDataSource<Point>(points);
                pointsDS.SetXMapping(x => x.X);
                pointsDS.SetYMapping(y => y.Y);
_chartPlotter.AddLineGraph(pointsDS, pen, penDescription);
